Bypassing Paralyzed Muscles and Nerves

A paralyzed monkey was able to move his forearm with scientific discovery. The monkey had its forearm muscles electronically attached to the brain. Many scientists are being skeptical about if this can then be used on current paralyzed patients. This experiment had been the first time that the neuron was electrically linked to an animals own muscles. The experiment was also a test of the brains flexibility which it proved itself. In conclusion the use of electrodes implanted in paralyzed patients could one day help humans regain use of their paralyzed limbs.
